Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a Contractor to gather and organize information from relevant target audiences, the Canadian Student Financial Assistance program, and provinces/territories to help identify end user engagement and business requirements for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of an integrated Federal-Provincial-Territorial Student Financial Assistance estimator and develop a report containing recommendations and next steps for the development of the estimator.
