    Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for: Natural Resources Canada (NRCan)

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following stream:

    • Stream 2: Business Consulting/Change Management

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    Description of the Requirement:

    Natural Resources Canada seeks Evaluation Services Consultants to conduct a Joint Evaluation and Audit assessing progress in advancing reconciliation efforts with Indigenous Peoples, covering governance, policy engagement, programs, and workforce actions.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required: Protected B

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPaFTA) and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
