SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Quotation, the Regional District of Central Okanagan seeks to select up to two preferred contractors to perform various ‘handyperson’ services on an ‘if, as, and when required’ basis at various Regional Park facilities. Services will include repairs, minor carpentry, minor plumbing, and other similar tasks.
Term: the Term of the proposed contract will initially be for 1 year. The term may be extended for a period of up to two further years, at the sole discretion of the District, and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on terms and pricing. Should all extension options be executed, this may lead to a total contract Term of 3 years.
