Description
UBC Properties Trust is pleased to request proposals for Professional Engineering and Design Services for
the proposed new University Village on the Okanagan Campus.
The proposed new project will be located at the “Upper Innovation Precinct” site to the North of the
existing Purcell and Skeena residence buildings.
The Upper Innovation Precinct Civil Servicing scope will include service multiple mixed-use and market
rental apartment buildings spanning an area of approximately 25 hectares. The future programming
envisioned for the area includes up 20 building containing comprised of a total of up to 1500 rental units
with a variety of commercial uses at grade and a large community gathering area.
The total Construction Budget for this project is approximately $12 million.
