Description
The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) (“the Owner”) invites tenders from qualified contractors to install a new condenser unit at the Beaver Valley Arena in Fruitvale, BC. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing evaporative condenser and associated redundant piping and the supply, installation, start-up and warranty of a new evaporative condenser.The Owner has contracted Studio 9 Architecture + Planning Ltd. (“the Consultant”) as Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) to lead project management.
