The project consists of the construction of a new 263 square meter single storey wood frame building on concrete foundations including wood trusses, architectural woodwork, gypsum wallboard and insulation, acoustic t-bar ceilings, metal roofing system, metal and cementitious cladding, aluminum curtain wall and storefront windows, toilet partitions, mechanical and electrical distribution, and site landscaping. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by the Owner at their discretion.
