This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify Proponent(s) to enter into non-exclusive Contract(s) for the supply of Non-Surgical Urology Products (“Products”) and associated services (“Services”) as described in Appendix I (“Specifications”) to the Health Authorities at their facilities listed in Appendix B (List of Participating Health Authority Facilities) of the RFP document attached.
