Purpose
Providence Health Care Society (the "Owner") has issued this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), for the purpose
of inviting proposals from qualified proponents to undertake the Commissioning Authority services described in
Appendix 'A' to this RFP (the "Services") with respect to the project described in Appendix 'A' (the "Project").
Closing Time and Location
Proposals must be received on or before the following date and time (the "Closing Time"):
