    This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by Simon Fraser University (“SFU”) to prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for the provision of Electrical Work for 2023 Elevator Modernization Services for SFU Burnaby Campus.

    Simon Fraser University is located on British Columbia's west coast, and boasts three distinctive campuses, Burnaby, Vancouver and Surrey.  SFU is Canada’s leading comprehensive research university and is ranked one of the top universities in the world.  SFU has eight faculties, delivers almost 150 programs to over 35,000 students and boasts more than 130,000 alumni in 130 countries around the world.

    Interested Bidders are encouraged to review the ITT carefully, and are required to submit questions, if any, to the Main Contact no later than 5 Business Days before the Closing time for Submissions. 

    The selected Bidder will be responsible for the electrical work for the modernization of the selected elevators in the building known as SFU W.A.C. Bennett Library, located at 8888 University Drive E, Burnaby, BC. on SFU Burnaby campus. The expected work duration is from November 28, 2023 to October 31, 2024, or otherwise permitted by the Owner.
