    Description
    The purpose of this RFP is an invitation for submission of proposals to select a Preferred Proponent to secure the provision of, in a substantial, complete and professional manner, all necessary material and services to install a new HDPE liner and complete crack repairs at the Mt Mary Ann Reservoir in a timely and safe manner in accordance with all WorkSafeBC regulations, as shown in the Scope of Services contained in the RFP.

    There will be a non-mandatory Information Meeting on February 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the reservoir site, 33942 Cherry Avenue, Mission, BC.

    The tender is being issued electronically through Bonfire (a Procurement Portal utilized by the City of Abbotsford for document distribution and collection) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly. A link to Bonfire will be posted on the BC Bid website (www.new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca ). Bonfire notifies all document takers by email of all addenda or other communications issued by the City.

    All bids, for Contract No. 1220-2022-2884, “Mt Mary Ann Reservoir Lining and Crack Sealing”, are to be uploaded electronically through Bonfire Procurement Portal as per the Submission Instructions included with the tender documents.

    Tender closing time and date: 2:00 p.m. local time, March 16, 2023. An auto reply acknowledgement of receipt of the Tender will be sent by email. There will NOT be a public tender opening. Unverified bid results will be uploaded to Bonfire and a notification email will be sent to all document takers.
