Description

Implementation of 2 m min. high surcharge with 1.5H:1V slopes in the Highway 99 southbound shoulder area from Blundell Road to Steveston 1C (approximately 2.15 km). Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, quality control, traffic management, construction of temporary interlocking concrete block retaining walls to avoid impacts to existing highway ditches, installation of drainage features to facilitate drainage during surcharging period, site restoration, clean up, and demobilization.
