This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (“North Cowichan”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for One (1) New Single rear axle hook lift truck package, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
