The City of Medicine Hat, Parks & Recreation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a Design-Build Contractor, to design and construct 3 Playground projects. The Contractor will provide the following services:
• Construction Documents meeting the program requirements of the City of Medicine Hat & Parks and Recreation
• Development and Building Permitting Application and Requirements
• Construction
• Project Close-Out
• Operation & Maintenance Manuals
• Warranty & Servicing Information for Equipment
• All Material & Equipment Specifications
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/02.
