Description

The City of Calgary is seeking information from both electricity retailers and renewable energy developers to understand the possible structures and features of an electricity retail agreement that it could potentially enter into to meet its objectives. The City is also seeking information from project developers about their near-term project development opportunities, ability to meet any potential additionality requirements, and preferred structures and commercial terms of a potential virtual power purchase agreement.
