DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The audits will examine a recipient’s compliance with the terms and conditions of funding agreements and ensure that recipients are utilizing funds for the expected purposes, as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work and to be provided under the Contract, on an “as and when requested” basis only.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

From the date of Contract award to March 31^st, 2022 with the possibility of three (3) one (1) year option periods.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit [70%] and Price [30%]
