Ongoing risk-based monitoring of Health Canada’s (HC’s) and Public Health Agency of Canada’s (PHAC’s) Internal Controls over Financial Management (ICFM) including financial reporting.

The Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) of Health Canada (HC) is seeking the services of a Contractor with expertise in Financial and Accounting Services (PASS*, Stream 6). Specifically, HC is seeking expertise in the assessment of Internal Controls over Financial Management (ICFM) including financial reporting to support the assessment and ongoing monitoring of ICFM including financial reporting in HC and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) in accordance with the objectives, scope, tasks and team qualifications described herein.

The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to September 30, 2023 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one (1) additional one-year period under the same conditions.
