The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is inviting Proponents to submit proposals to provide Real Estate Advisory Services in Tokyo, Japan. 

The Contractor is responsible for the provision of the following services for three phases as follows:

a. The first phase would include the provision of appraisal services, and

b. The optional second phase would include the provision of advisory services in support of the development of a variety of options for the feasibility study, and

c. The optional third phase would include the provision of advisory services once the selected option has been retained in order to support the development of authorities for the rapid development of an implementation strategy.
