This contract was awarded to:
SCOPE OF WORK Works under this contract covers the supply of all materials, labour, equipment and services required to perform the works described in the tender package for the present contract. This includes but is not limited to: .1 Protection measures for the adjacent areas including heritage elements; .2 Demolition, removal and disposal of asphalt incl. foundations, concrete curbs as indicated catch basins and all other elements as indicated in the contract documents. .3 Demolition, removal and disposal of a section of concrete sidewalk for the construction of a dropped concrete curb incl. granular base as indicated in the contract documents. .4 Excavation and grading works as indicated in the contract documents. .5 Supply and installation of (8) eight steel piles filled with concrete to solid bedrock (incl. granular base) and (8) eight cap piles as indicated in the contract documents. .6 Supply and installation of poured in place concrete slabs incl. reinforced steel bars, granular base as indicated in the contract documents. .7 Supply and installation of granite paver surface with various finishes including grading levelling and granular base, geotextile and joints as indicated in the contract documents. .8 Supply and installation of granite borders incl. granular base and levelling as indicated in the contract documents. .9 Supply and installation of stonedust pathway incl. granular base and PVC border as indicated in the contract documents. .10 Supply and installation of asphalt surface incl. granular base as indicated in the contract documents. .11 Supervision and coordination of the installation of the granite pieces and the bronze figures by sub-contractor HGH granite (See allocation in Unit Price Table) .12 Supply and installation of new catch basin (1) one including sand backfill and required connection. .13 Supply and installation of (7) seven snow markers .14 Supply and installation of (1) one stop sign, pavement line markings and pedestrian zone markings .15 Supply and installation of topsoil and sod .16 General site reinstatement. .17 Irrigation system reconfiguration & reinstatement.
