I work with emerging and senior leaders, teams, and organizations on leadership development and strategy. My work is grounded in the values of equity, inclusion, respect, and innovation. I help organizations cultivate leadership and design a strategy that is future-focused, human capital driven, and honors the strengths of each individual. I offer individual and team coaching, program design and facilitation, leadership development, and assessment services. My work spans multiple sectors, including global clients. I have worked on both large and small scale projects.
